I had an excellent service when purchasing the car and was very happy with the arrangements that were made for me to collect it. Could not fault the salesman, he organised everything perfectly.

Unfortunately I have experienced a difficulty with the car since purchase and have found it difficult to book an appointment to have this looked at and did not find the service department helpful at all, considering that I had only had the car for a week.

I have had a Mercedes from this dealership before and said that I would never buy another car from them because their service is poor and expensive, but unfortunately there is not much choice when buying a Smart Car, and all the dealerships in the area are under the same ownership, which is not good.
