This survey does not! It was addressed to my wife (Mrs Jean Purdon) but I was the customer. Also I did not buy a car, as the phrasing of the question suggests, I had an old one serviced. I wouldn’t call that a purchase. A transaction, maybe. An experience, certainly.

As I was heading for a weekend in Torquay after the service I had a sports bag in the boot. In a sidepocket was a bottle of salad dressing.The glass was pretty thick and not easily smashed but someone in your garage managed it. I can only think that someone ran over it ! There was also a brand new laptop in the bag but that seems OK. I guess the mechanic had to move the bag to work on the car but God knows what they did with it. I'm lucky that I didn't rip my hand open.
