Very Good in general however video sent of car when arrived at dealership was a nice thought but it was parked right next to a skip which was worrying.
On collection we noticed the bonnet had some polish smears from Stargard and when we arrived home two cuts were evident in centre console in back sent picture to Callum Dart with memo stating would like new console and bonnet repolished with Stargard to see if blemishes can be reciified.

It seems valeting bay needs to quality check more thoroughly on this occasion and hoovering can damage plastic consults.

The whole experience could not be faulted. I was made to feel welcome on each occasion I visited and your lady receptionist even remembered that I prefer latte coffee - one heck of a skill.

Mike and Michael were both kind and fun to be with and understood that I have difficulty remembering everything due to a brain tumour. No patronisation, just kind understanding.

I was so impressed that I have recommended my close friend Carol Waters to take a test drive and I believe that she is also considering a Smart, perhaps may have already done the deal.

throughout the process, from our first phone call the salesman Mike was very informative and easy to deal with.
We told him what we wanted, what car we had at the time and that we wanted a PX.
We then left it to Mike if he could get us the best deal.
He then contacted us later and a couple of call later we had the deal we werehappy with.
Once Mike located us our Smart car we then went to Exeter to the show room , met Mikee and completed the deal and drove away in our new car.

The whole process from start to finish was easy and smooth taking the hassle out of buying a car.
We would not hesitate in doing another deal again next year, thanks to Mike who was not your typical car salesman.

Well done, we buy a new car every year and this time it was a very plesant smooth experience, thanks Smart.
