The ordering and purchasing of the mobility car was easy and effortless. I was well looked after by Simon who kept in good contact with me throughout the whole proces. The only reason it was not 5 stars was due to the fact there was no token given. I have always received something from smart like a bunch of flowers with my 2 previous smart cars, however that said car mats were given after I asked if there were any and that I really appreciate. I understand times are tough, but it was these small tokens that made me feel appreciated and one of the reasons I have returned to smart for my 3rd car.

I can understand the situation, but only after signing the paper and, consequently, creating expectations to get the car that I was informed that I could not finance because I am living in the UK for few months.
